Why Choose our Gymstars Program?
Gymnastics may be one of the most comprehensive lifestyle exercise programs available to children. Through this sport, children learn how to control and respect their bodies, and gain self-confidence and a healthy self-esteem. Since gymnastics incorporates strength, flexibility, speed, balance, coordination, power and discipline, our students are also building a foundation for participation in all sports.
Recognizing these benefits, our instructors are always challenging students with new skills, while continuing to ensure that skills not yet mastered are still practiced. With energy and enthusiasm, the coaches at North Sky direct their GymStars classes to positively impact and empower all of their students.
To maximize learning potential, class size is kept small and all classes are built upon a successful Skill Progression Program for children of all ages and levels. Age and skill appropriate classes allow students to develop at their own pace according to individual strengths and abilities.
